Michelle Petrasek has been working as a professional musician for just over two decades.

As Pastoral Associate of Music & Youth Ministry at St. Andrew's RC Church in Clifton, NJ, Michelle runs 3 vocal choirs for adults, teens, & children as well as a seasonal handbell choir for teens & family choir in summer. She recently spent a year teaching music to grades K-8 at St. Andrew's School, while also directing the parish's youth group for teens in grades 9-12, singing at all masses, playing piano as needed, & also lending her talents to wedding & funeral services in not only St. Andrew's but many churches throughout the Paterson & Newark Diocese.

Outside the world of Music Ministry, Michelle also regularly teaches school-year children's music classes for YouthSong in Ramsey as their Early Childhood specialist, as well as devoting several weeks of her summer each year to their Triple Threat Broadway Camp.

Michelle holds a Bachelors Degree in Creative Writing with a Minor in Music. She privately studied piano for 8 years as a child & voice for 5 years as a young adult.

After earning a Masters Degree in Library & Information Science & working 8 years as a Teen Librarian, Michelle returned all her time & energy to her first love, music, via the creation of M.P. Music LLC in Feb. 2016.
